my basic health thesis..

Mostly, I like whole foods & concentrated foods full of known benefits that pack a punch as preventative medicine. Exercise is also good. I'm not against modern medicine as it's been super beneficial in many ways, however, I am cautious and use it only as a last resort because it's obviously been over-prescribed a lot of the time due to an addiction to and over-optimization for profit. This has led to a misalignment in many cases from the core intention of medicine, which is to keep people healthy & feeling good.

I'm not a doctor by any means but I approach health in a simple way, eat well, reduce chemical intake as much as possible(balance your vices & experimentation with good things), and build yourself as a healthy functioning system the best you can to reduce your chances of getting sick in the first place. Most importantly, seek to stress less and respect the connection between mind, body & nature.

I will share a few things here that I include as my base that seems to have worked out alright for me. If you have any advice on ways I can improve, or just want to chat feel free to reach out as I'd love to hear it.

Health is a personal journey with many twists and turns. Trust your body, eat some mushrooms & do your best. Diversity builds resilience.
